2. Appointment Booking and Cancellations
- All appointments must be booked through our online platform or by contacting us directly.
- A valid contact number and pet information are required for all bookings.
- We request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, at the discretion of our groomers.
3. Pet Health and Safety
- For the safety of all pets and staff, all pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested.
- Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues your pet may have prior to their appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff or other animals, or if we believe the grooming process would be detrimental to the pet's health.
- In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If unsuccessful, we reserve the right to seek veterinary attention at your expense.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for our services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional charges may apply for matted coats, aggressive behavior, or special handling requirements. These will be discussed with you before proceeding with the service.
- Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our premises.
5. User Conduct
When using our online platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with the proper functioning of the site. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, data mining, or transmitting malicious code.
